In the biological system of human being, women has to bear the main mental and physical risk of pregnancy and childbirth. Recently, it is clarified that the aging risks of oocytes at women’s mid-30s is one of the biggest and earliest limiting factor for childbirth. This implies that the childbirth plan can largely restrict the social participation, productive employment and fulfilled working, of 30s women in developing countries, and can contribute to population decline in developed countries. We aim to contribute the sustainable participation of women in working situations through understanding the determinants for the quality of mammalian oocyte and its aging risks.
